Donna is the Underwriting Director/Client Service Director in the Senior Living Risk Partners division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services in Birmingham, AL. 

Donna has been with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services since 1987 and received her Property & Casualty license in 1995. 

Donna is responsible for managing the underwriting department of our Long Term Care liability program, working with outside markets for placement of other lines of coverage and works directly with clients to provide customer service for any of their insurance needs.

Denise Tibbs is an Underwriter/Client Service Supervisor in the Senior Living Risk Partners division of Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management Services. She is responsible for underwriting liability coverage for our liability program, working with outside carriers for placement of other lines of coverage and handles the customer service insurance needs of her clients.

Denise attended the University of Alabama, received her Property and Casualty Insurance License in 1995 and her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 1993. She is currently working to receive Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC).

Karen Romeo, CISR, is an Underwriter/ Client Service Manager in the Senior Living Risk Partners division of Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management Services, mainly working with Assisted Living Facilities. She has worked for Arthur J Gallagher since 2006 and handles the marketing, insurance placement and other customer service needs of her clients. She is also an Alabama Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent.

Prior to joining Arthur J Gallagher, Karen worked as a Reinsurance Analyst/Accountant with another local insurance firm for more than twenty years in their Reinsurance Division. She is currently working towards gaining her CIC designation.

Lauren is an Underwriter/Client Service Managerin the Health Care Division of Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management Services. Lauren handles the marketing, insurance placement and other customer service needs of her clients.

Lauren graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing.  She joined the insurance industry in 2007 in Jackson, Mississippi as a Marketing Account Executive.   Lauren moved to Birmingham, Alabama in 2011 and continued her career in Marketing for nearly six years before joining Arthur J. Gallagher in 2017. She obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2009 and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2015.  

Lauren has served on the board of the Insurance Women of Jackson, the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Mississippi, and she served as President of the Central Mississippi Insurance Agents Association.

Hannah is a Client Service Associate in the Senior Living Division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services.  Hannah handles the marketing, insurance placement and other customer service needs of her clients..

Hannah graduated from Troy University in May of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Global Business with a Risk Management & Insurance concentration. Upon graduation, Hannah moved to Birmingham to start her career at Arthur J. Gallagher. She is currently working towards the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU) and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance designation (ASLI).

Jessica Cheek is a Client Service Manager in the Senior Living Risk Partners Division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services. She began her career in the insurance industry in 2007, and has worked for several large insurance brokerage companies in the Birmingham area. Jessica handles the isurance placement and other customer service needs of her clients.

Jessica graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Mass Comunications degree. She obtained her Certified Insurance Service Reperesentative (CISR) designation in 2016 and is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Ethelene Clemmons, CISR, CPIA, is an Underwriter/Client Service Manager in the Health Care Division of Gallagher Risk Management Services. Ethelene began her career with Gallagher in March of 2017 and is responsible for the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts. Her duties include being responsible for marketing of new and referral business, insurance placement and the daily customer service needs of her clients.

Ethelene has over 21 years of combined commercial lines experience working in both the state of Tennessee and Alabama. She competed her INS 21, 22 and 23, AL Property & Casualty License in 2008, CISR designation in 2010, and CPIA designation in 2014. Ethelene plans to continue to further her education to advance her knowledge of the insurance industry in order to better serve the needs of her clients.

Jerika is a Client Service Manager in the Health Care Division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services. Jerika handles the marketing, insurance placement and other customer service needs of her Clients.

Jerika graduated from Stillman College in May of 2015 with a Bachelors of Psychology. Upon graduation Jerika returned home to Birmingham, AL in 2017 and joined the insurance industry in 2017 and continued her career as an underwriter.
