New Alabama Law Permits Employees to Have Guns in Vehicles on Employee Property

Section 40-12-143 of the Alabama Code, made by Senate Bill 286, permits employees to have guns in their vehicles on their Employer's property. For additional information on Section 40-12-143 of the Alabama Code you can contact Angie C. Cameron or Sarah C. Blutter at Johnston Barton Proctor & Rose LLP.
